Happy Thanksgiving!

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Ours was great! We hosted Thanksgiving at our house for the first time. I am sooo happy how well it turned out. I cooked a turkey breast, green beans (just like my Memas) and I even made homemade stuffing, homemade coconut pie, and homemade pumpkin pie. I am turning into Martha Stewart. lol

Here is a pic of the table where we put all of the food. I even had a menu typed up and put in a frame. :) Yes, we used plastic plates. We had 15 people to feed. Too many dishes for me to wash....lol

This is where we all ate. We have this room at the front of our house we haven't done anything with yet so we thought it would be a good place to eat so we could all be in one room together. It worked out great!

It turned out to be a really great day. I am very thankful for all of my family and friends. I missed being in with my family for Thanksgiving this year but it was fun to have it at my house for the first time. Great times with great memories!

Then, on Friday morning it was time for my annual Black Friday shopping trip! I LOVE Black Friday. I look forward to it all year.

I got some really great deals. I didn't go as early as I normally do but I was still there in enough time to get all the things I wanted and I didn't have to stand outside in the cold waiting in line to get in. :)

I went to Kohls first....

Next I went to Target and Walmart...This is what I came home with...now I have tons of wrapping to do but it's a great feeling to be almost completely finished with christmas shopping with still a month to go!
