Decorative Balls

I have seen decorative balls on other blogs, so I attempted to make my own. I bought some tennis balls and some yarn.

After some hot glue and alot of wrapping, this is how they turned out. :)

Here is another pic of them in a container I found in the dollar section at Target. I added one ball wrapped in black yarn. I think they turned out pretty cute. This was my first attempt at these so maybe next time I will do a little better.  Please leave comments and let me know what you think?

Have a great week!

Very cute and frugal, also easy to change with the season or if you want to go a different direction with your decorating some day.

Tennis balls! Genius! I have used styrafoam and pinto beans, spanish moss and jute. All lovely textures! Yarn is an excellent idea!

I'd love for you to check out my blog for a CSN give away! Have a wonderful day! alittleknickknack.blogspot.com

I think they're cute! I've used styrofoam and jute, but I've never thought to use yarn and tennis balls~we have a ton of them that have lost their bounce. Great idea!

I loved that you used yarn! It gives it a different look than twine.
